Responsibilities:
• Responsible for on-boarding new businesses such as (restaurants, beauty stores, mobile stores, clothing stores, home appliances, SPAs, Gyms, etc..) for a new eCommerce platform
• Responsible to sell in person, meeting with business owners on site, follow up on leads and maximize sales opportunities
• Conduct demos for new customers
• Customer support skills via phone, emails or on site
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options and provide assistance and information on product features
• "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
• Online research skills required
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
Qualifications:
• Ability to reach sales target and acquire new customer consistently
• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales field, preferably in an eCommerce platform or software
• Good knowledge in mobile apps, web dashboards or software
• Previous experience as Sales Representative in a mobile app is a huge plus
• Ability to work independently / Self-motivated
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• English is a must, French is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Car is a must
