A Production Manager oversees all aspects of an organization's production processes, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Key responsibilities include planning production schedules, managing and supervising staff, controlling costs and quality, ensuring safety regulations are met, managing raw material procurement and finished goods shipment, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities: • Lead daily production and ensure smooth operations • Guarantee product quality, food safety & compliance (HACCP, GMP) • Inspire, train, and develop production teams • Monitor KPIs, reduce downtime & boost efficiency • Drive innovation, cost savings, and continuous improvement Qualifications: • Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field • 7+ years of production management experience (FMCG/Dairy) • Strong leadership and problem-solving mindset • Hands-on, results-driven, and ready to make an impact
