Job title: Communication and Marketing Coordinator
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.
Work schedules: Full-time, from Monday to Friday (from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and organize events (closing/graduation ceremony, seminar, exhibitions…)
Organize launching and graduation events, meetings, and focus groups
Represent the organization in meetings and working groups, and negotiate potential collaborations
Contact external agencies and media experts in case of media exposure
Prepare written communication materials (emails, minutes of meetings, press releases…)
Coordinate with the audiovisual officer and other team members
Post on Social media activities related to shareQ
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, advertising, or a related field
Proven minimum of 3 years of experience in the field
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and social media platforms).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Experience in NGOs or similar corporate services is a plus.
