Overview
Job title: Grants Officer Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.   Work schedules: Full-time from Monday to Friday (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM)   Organization Overview: shareQ (www.shareq.org) is a Lebanese non-profit organization launched by a group of dedicated young professionals in 2012. shareQ is dedicated to innovating sustainable social projects and implementing them in collaboration with more than 30 NGOs. shareQ currently has two main departments, ProAbled (www.proabled.com) and Social Catering (www.msocialcatering.com). Summary: The Grants Officer is responsible for securing funding for an organization by identifying, applying for, and managing grants. This involves researching potential grant opportunities, writing compelling proposals, coordinating with various internal departments to gather necessary information, and ensuring all applications and reports meet donor requirements and deadlines.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research to identify grant opportunities aligned with our organization's priorities. Prepare necessary documents for proposals and work plans. Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals and make sure they're submitted on time. Track grant opportunities and their progress. Act as a main point of contact between the MEAL, Grants, and Finance departments for smooth proposal and reporting processes. Create presentations for management about grant opportunities and performance. Prepare tender documents, including technical and financial documents. Candidate qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, international organization, or a related field. Proven minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.  Experience in NGOs or similar corporate services is a plus.     Competencies:  Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.  Empathy and the ability to work with marginalized communities.  Organizational and time management skills.  Ability to work independently and under pressure.  Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic field environments.    Interested candidates can apply via the following link: https://www.careers-page.com/shareq
