Responsibilities
Responsibilities: • Monitor employee compliance with guidelines and identify risks. • Call and respond to customer issues with phone calls and emails. • Accurately record information and data. • Generate reports based on customer-related information. • Communicate professionally in English with internal and external stakeholders.
