Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging math lessons aligned with TEC curriculum and student abilities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly lesson plans and educational materials.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods and different kinds of assessments to track progress.
• Tutor in the Homework Support Program.
• Maintain accurate records of student’s performance, and social development.
• Attend regular coordination meetings.
• Work effectively with team members
• Encourage a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development and extracurricular educational activities (e.g., summer programs).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (Teaching Diploma is a plus).
• 1–3 years of teaching experience, preferably with vulnerable or at-risk children.
• Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, classroom management, and creative instructional skills.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and respect for children from diverse backgrounds.
