Responsibilities
• Lead visual concept development across campaigns, branding, and content systems
• Own creative ideas from concept to final execution
• Develop complete campaign concepts, including creative direction and messaging
• Art direct photo and video shoots
• Present and defend creative work to clients
• Mentor and guide junior creatives
• Maintain high creative standards across all agency projects
Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of experience in multinational, regional, or reputable independent agencies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven campaign work
• Experience across OOH, print, digital, social media, and activations
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and generative video platforms
• Previous experience directing shoots and leading creative teams
• Strong creative judgment, visual taste, and attention to detail
