Responsibilities
• Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
• Prepare, organize, and file documents
• Provide administrative support to the audit and accounting team
• Welcome clients and manage front-desk activities
• Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks when required
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is required
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good command of Arabic and English (French is a plus)
• Preference for candidates residing in or near the Kaslik area
