Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including modern trade outlets, wholesalers, and direct customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate sales activities and initiatives within the region, including product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between sales team members and other departments within the organization.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress towards sales targets.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary to optimize sales performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales team members, providing coaching, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their individual and collective sales goals.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
• Utilize market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
