Responsibilities
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion. • Create annual sales plans, setting targets, budgets, and KPIs to guide sales activities across regions and channels. • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement. • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the sales team, ensuring alignment with company values and goals. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and strategic accounts. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. • Monitor sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, using insights to inform strategic decision-making. • Identify new market opportunities and product innovations to drive business growth and enhance market competitiveness. • Streamline sales processes, workflows, and systems to improve operational efficiency and productivity. • Implement sales automation tools and technologies to enhance sales effectiveness, tracking, and reporting capabilities. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and synergy across departments. • Work closely with product development and supply chain teams to ensure adequate product availability and inventory management to meet customer demand.
