Responsibilities:
• Track all client deliverables across accounts
• Ensure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
• Keep content teams aligned on weekly priorities
• Identify and escalate bottlenecks proactively
• Maintain visibility across drafting, review, and publishing stages
• Executive & Administrative Support
• Manage the founder’s calendar and scheduling
• Coordinate meetings with clients, prospects, and partners
• Handle inbound scheduling requests
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Executive Assistance, or similar roles
• Strong experience with Notion, Slack, Google Calendar, and Google Workspace
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in content operations, social media, or agency environments is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools and automations is an advantage
