Responsibilities:
• Analyze full ecommerce funnel (acquisition → conversion → retention)
• Monitor key KPIs: CAC, ROAS, AOV, CVR, LTV, churn, MRR
• Build dashboards and performance reports for leadership
• Reconcile and analyze data across:
• Shopify
• Google Analytics 4
• Triple Whale
• Manage tracking and pixels using Google Tag Manager
• Analyze subscription and retention data using Recharge
• Evaluate email lifecycle performance in Klaviyo
• Conduct technical tracking audits and resolve data discrepancies.
Qualifications:
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Ecommerce Analytics (Shopify preferred)
• Strong expertise in GA4, GTM, and tracking systems
• Experience with attribution and subscription platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SQL is a plus.
