Responsibilities:
• Assigning and scheduling assessments, repairs, recalls, and second opinions with technicians or vendors.
• Contacting the Point of Contact of a work order to gather necessary additional information before dispatch.
• Reactively sourcing new technicians and backups for all work orders.
• Obtaining a detailed situation description, action plan, and estimated costs (referred to internally as assessment).
• Collecting correct specifications, brand, model number, and serial number for replacement parts, materials, or equipment orders.
• Preparing quotes/proposals/bids based on assessments, market values, costs, and contracted charges.
• Responsible for obtaining before, during, and after pictures and securing client-site visit sign-offs.
• Addressing technician challenges regarding rates or assessments by seeking additional opinions as needed.
• Proactively updating colleagues, clients, and systems.
• Uploading all documentation and associated costs before closing work orders for accurate invoicing.
