Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Lead month-end and year-end closings, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Maintain general ledger and support process improvements
• Liaise with internal departments for financial planning and reporting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA is a plus)
• 4–7 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management
