Responsibilities:
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across mobile phones, accessories, telecom plans, and home appliances.
• Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
• Manage in-store marketing, visual merchandising, demo zones, and activations.
• Oversee digital and omnichannel campaigns (social media, paid ads, email, SMS, website promotions).
• Collaborate with sales, retail operations, and merchandising for effective execution.
• Track campaign performance, analyze sales/customer data, and optimize ROI.
• Manage marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and impact.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all channels.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, consumer electronics, mobile phones, telecom services, or home appliances.
• Strong knowledge of retail marketing, in-store promotions, customer journey management, omnichannel marketing, and e-commerce.
• Experience with CRM systems, loyalty programs, and customer data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder. management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize campaign performance.
• Creative, results-driven, commercially focused, with experience working with regional/international brands or distributors.
