Overview
A Marketing Manager develops, implements, and leads marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive business growth, overseeing campaigns across digital, social, content, and events, managing budgets, leading teams, analyzing market trends, collaborating cross-functionally (sales, product), and reporting on campaign ROI to meet objectives. Core duties include creating content, managing agencies, planning product launches, and ensuring consistent brand messaging for customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across mobile phones, accessories, telecom plans, and home appliances. • Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives. • Manage in-store marketing, visual merchandising, demo zones, and activations. • Oversee digital and omnichannel campaigns (social media, paid ads, email, SMS, website promotions). • Collaborate with sales, retail operations, and merchandising for effective execution. • Track campaign performance, analyze sales/customer data, and optimize ROI. • Manage marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and impact. • Maintain consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all channels. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, consumer electronics, mobile phones, telecom services, or home appliances. • Strong knowledge of retail marketing, in-store promotions, customer journey management, omnichannel marketing, and e-commerce. • Experience with CRM systems, loyalty programs, and customer data analysis. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder. management skills • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines. • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize campaign performance. • Creative, results-driven, commercially focused, with experience working with regional/international brands or distributors.
