Responsibilities:
Administrative:
• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance of sports flooring, ensuring longevity and safety of the surfaces.
• Administer effective manpower planning of the team members, to match operational requirements within set deadlines.
• Prepare the Purchase Order and follow-up on its progress up to the delivery with the Procurement department.
• Build strong relationship with suppliers in order to get the best quotations and offers.
• Ensure all flooring complies with safety regulations and sporting standards.
• Organize appropriate filing and data retrieval systems in order to ensure availability and accessibility of information, drawings, quotations and invoices at all times.
• Stay updated on the latest flooring technologies, materials, and trends within the sports industry.
• Keep the Sports Flooring Manager informed of all developments and updates.
• Follow-up and coordinate with customers and other departments in order to accomplish sales operations.
Installation:
• Coordinate the installation of sports flooring projects, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met.
• Coordinate with the client on the job activity schedules, follow up on work progress and provide updates as requested.
• Follow-up with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure flooring projects are in compliance with set specification.
• Conduct site visits to check on the team progress and provide support when needed.
• Monitor the tasks of the sports flooring team in order to ensure they are carried out in an effective manner and in compliance with quality standards.
• Use AutoCAD to design, modify, and review detailed floor plans for sports facilities, ensuring that designs meet specifications for installation, maintenance, and event planning.
Budgeting & reporting:
• Support in managing budgets for flooring installation, repair, and maintenance projects.
• Maintain records of flooring inventory, warranties, and maintenance history.
• Prepare reports on flooring condition, costs, and project timelines for senior management.
• Perform other duties that are aligned & related to the job scope.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Experience: 0- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm & Saturdays from 9:00 am till 3:00 pm
