Responsibilities:
• Minimization of Mechanical breakdowns of machineries.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Intervention to repair breakdowns.
• Assist in projects execution.
• Regular check up on machines and utilities.
• Ensure permanent readiness of all utilities (generators, compressors, etc.)
• Interfere directly when a breakdown occurs.
• Monitor and work to optimize energy consumption
• Follow up and validate work of sub-contractors on site . Perform GSTD and BDA where applicable to identify failure root cause and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to the closure of red tags in fast manner and in a way to ensure the elimination of problem root cause.
• Enhance the Factory safety and quality by closing the reported safety and NGMP deviation in the factory.
Requirements:
• Experience in a maintenance area, exclusively in PET blowing and packaging machines, (min 3+ years).
• Engineering Degree or Technical college degree.
• Good communication and team organization skills.
• Computer skills: Word, excel, Internet.
• Language: Arabic, and English.
• Core knowledge of the 10 Principles and expert knowledge in our areas of responsibility and Nestle Corporate Strategies.
• Knowledge of Core Manufacturing Processes (Industrial Performance, Engineering & Maintenance Foundations) & continuous improvement techniques and methodology (NCE).
• Good understanding of the business context and business key deliverables/ initiatives.
• Very Good Knowledge of Nestle Systems (SAM, AX).
• Good knowledge of Asset maintenance. Team player with good communication skills (proactive cooperation).
• Dynamic and flexible (initiative).
• Good organizer and problem solver.
• Good analytical skills (results focus).
• Committed to ensure an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations, in relation to product quality, people or environment safety.
