Responsibilities:
• Supervise and schedule delivery drivers
• Monitor performance metrics (on-time rate, customer satisfaction, acceptance ratio)
• Manage and reconcile driver wallets daily
• Handle real-time delivery issues and escalate as needed
• Recruit, train, and onboard new drivers
• Ensure team compliance with safety, hygiene, and uniform standards
• Communicate with operations, customer service, and fleet managers
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years in F&B, delivery, logistics, or operational roles
• Proficiency with delivery apps and basic reporting
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and comfortable with mobile/desktop tools
