Install and commission equipment and systems at customer locations which complies with company and supplier standards.
Train customers on the proper use of the equipment.
Diagnose and repair faults in a timely and efficient manner.
Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools and technical knowledge.
Preventive maintenance on equipment
Respond to customer’s emergency calls referring to maintenance contract conditions
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email or on-site visits.
Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate records of service activities
Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during service activities.
Work closely with other service engineers and management.
Willingness to travel to attend trainings abroad.
Ability to work in various environments, including industrial, medical, and office settings.
