Key Responsibilities:
• Developing brand strategies, conducting market research, and performing competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in the creation and execution of marketing plans, including advertising campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Support the development of new products, improvements, and extensions to existing product lines.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and provide insights for marketing decisions.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Work closely with sales, design, and external agencies to effectively execute marketing campaigns.
• Analyze marketing campaign data and metrics to evaluate performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure all marketing materials and activities align with brand guidelines and meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports to track brand performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role preferably in cosmetic and para pharmaceutical fields.
• Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with a team of brand mangers under the guidance of the Business Unit Manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and Social Media Management.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for brand building.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource management is a plus.
• Resourceful and problem solver.
• Flexible and opened minded willing to learn and develop new skills.
