The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. He/she will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, in quality assurance within a scientific or technical environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures. • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. • Review and approve documentation related to product quality, including batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols. • Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Provide training and guidance to junior QA staff and other departments on quality-related matters. • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.). • 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in pharmaceutical industry. • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality management systems. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Preferably living around Jadra area.
