Overview
A Customer Service Representative is the first person most customers communicate with when they have a problem. The Customer Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
Responsibilities
Job Requirements/Duties: • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Computing, IT, marketing. • 2+ years’ experience in a relevant field as well as Office Assistant. • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information. • Follow-up pending cases on daily basis and contact customer through emails as well as update the system on the cases statuses. • Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic approach to work. • Manage data and enter record information as needed. • Schedule and plan appointments. • Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues. Skills: • Excellent in English speaking reading and writing. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Extremely organized and efficient. • Excellent attention to detail. • Professional in formal business mail. • Proficiency in MS Office.
