Qualifications:
• Minimum age: 30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Early Years, Psychomotor Therapy, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement engaging curricula, activities, and programs
o Creative, fun, and energetic personality
• Ability to understand and meet a wide variety of children’s needs
• Ability to work with small groups of children
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
• Alertness, patience, problem-solving, and mediation skills
• Knowledge of emergency procedures associated with children’s programs
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required
