Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients, members, and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Manage check-ins, bookings, and schedules using the In2 App.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide information about services, programs, and facilities.
• Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
• Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service and problem-solving when issues arise.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience working on the In2 App is a must.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital booking systems
