Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. • Certification: Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is highly preferred. • Experience: Minimum 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience. • Strong analytical, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
