Customer Service: Support the Sales team in Customer Service tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in biomedical engineering, Medical Devices, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of medical devices and their integration with software systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with sales team.
Previous experience in a biomedical engineering role within a medical equipment or software company is preferred.
