Responsibilities:
• Conduct awareness sessions for IDPs and host communities
• Deliver sessions on protection topics (Child Protection, GBV, PSEA, available services)
• Identify vulnerable individuals and refer them to appropriate services
• Conduct outreach in shelters and surrounding communities
• Support community mobilization and protection mechanisms
• Maintain records and prepare activity reports
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to protection principles
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Social Sciences
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with vulnerable populations / community outreach
• Knowledge of CP, GBV, and PSEA principles
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• High integrity and respect for confidentiality
