Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar and security solutions
• Explain technical specifications, system options, and product benefits clearly
• Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams for order and project follow-up
• Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Update sales reports and customer records accurately
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in indoor sales, preferably in solar, security, or technical products
• Technical background is required (BT or TS in Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical products
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Must be Lebanese and based in Beirut
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and teamwork spirit
