We are seeking a qualified Physician to support clinical governance, referral validation, and health program oversight.

Responsibilities: Clinical Validation & Referral Support • Review and validate pediatric referrals and admissions under approved medical criteria • Ensure ACWA pediatric admissions align with eligibility criteria and clinical pathways • Validate admissions related to displaced populations in line with MoPH policies • Document and track referrals using relevant systems (PHENICS / ACWA) Operational Coverage & Responsiveness • Provide timely clinical input for urgent referral and admission decisions • Cover assigned night shifts for real-time case validation • Remain available for both remote and on-site duties as required Coordination & Quality Assurance • Coordinate with MoPH departments, PHEOC, and relevant stakeholders • Identify inappropriate referrals, duplication, or misuse of services • Support SOP and workflow improvement for referral/admission processes Monitoring & Reporting • Prepare periodic reports on reviewed cases and referral trends • Provide clinical input on complex cases
