A Bakery Sales Clerk provides friendly customer service, packages and prices fresh baked goods, operates cash registers, and maintains a clean display area. Key duties include assisting customers with product selection, restocking cases, and adhering to food safety standards, with a focus on delivering a high-quality, welcoming experience.

Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner • Promote, sell, and upsell bakery products • Receive Prunelle goods and perform baking as per instructions • Arrange and display products according to company standards • Maintain clean and organized displays • Ensure product freshness and proper stock rotation • Handle data entry and stock control • Monitor and minimize waste • Support daily operations and restocking activities Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or bakery (preferred) • Good communication skills in Arabic and English • Customer-focused with strong teamwork skills • Ability to work flexible shifts • Basic computer knowledge
