Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies.
• Nurture strong relationships with existing & new clients.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends.
• Develop contracts that align with client requirements & support agency goals.
• Represent the agency at events & conferences.
Key Qualifications:
• 6 years of experience in business development, ideally within marketing agencies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing; a Master’s degree is considered a plus.
• Smart, strategic thinker with a strong negotiation & PR ability.
