We are looking for a results-driven Site Supervisor to lead our waterproofing projects to excellence.

Responsibilities: • Lead Operations: Oversee daily waterproofing works including roofs, terraces, and shafts. • Manage Teams: Coordinate subcontractors and manpower for maximum efficiency. • Quality First: Ensure every project hits "zero defect" standards and follows method statements. • Safety & Reports: Keep sites compliant with UAE regulations and track daily progress. Qualifications: • Experience: Background in waterproofing, roofing, or construction supervision. • Expertise: Strong knowledge of liquid-applied membrane systems. • Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and solve problems on the fly. • License: A valid UAE driving license is a plus!
