A leading NGO is seeking a CBP Community Social Worker / OV Focal Point to join its team.

Responsibilities: • Liaise and coordinate with Outreach Volunteers (OVs) • Support and monitor referral activities and case follow-up • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and Code of Conduct standards • Organize awareness sessions, meetings, and community visits • Assist in trainings and coordination meetings with UNHCR and partners • Prepare SitRep reports and ensure proper documentation and reporting • Coordinate monthly reports and activities across departments • Conduct and monitor home visits for vulnerable cases • Assess community needs and propose psychosocial and awareness activities Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills • Self-motivated with a strong team spirit • Dynamic personality and ability to work under pressure • Familiarity with the National Standard Operating Procedures for Child Protection and/or the Child Protection Practical Guidance document
