Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
• Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Perform efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie, preferably in a hotel
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
