Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the on-trade sales strategy to achieve business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements
• Drive brand visibility through activations, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams to execute brand plans successfully
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales within the beverage, FMCG, wine & spirits, or hospitality industry
• Strong network within the HORECA sector is a plus
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
• Ability to lead initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment
