Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Audit Associate to support financial audits, account reconciliations, and the preparation of fiscal declarations (VAT, Income Tax, NSSF, TOS), ensuring full compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong Excel and accounting software skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and professional client communication.
Responsibilities
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a related field • 4–5 years of experience in an audit firm • Strong data entry and reconciliation skills (suppliers, clients, banks) • Experience in payroll processing and NSSF declarations • Expertise in fiscal declarations (TOS, Income Tax, VAT, YFD, etc.) • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (PIMS2, Silicon, etc.) • Excellent communication skills (English required) • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience in financial audits and regulatory compliance • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
