Overview
A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, assists customers with inquiries and issues related to a company's products and services. Their duties often include answering phone calls, live chat messages or emails, finding solutions to problems for customers and maintaining expert knowledge about a company's offerings.
Responsibilities
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 5 years of customer support experience (automotive background is a plus) • Excellent analytical and English communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Responsibilities: • Monitor employee compliance with guidelines and identify risks. • Call and respond to customer issues with phone calls and emails. • Accurately record information and data. • Generate reports based on customer-related information. • Communicate professionally in English with internal and external stakeholders.
