Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing procedures and policies based on company needs provides guidance and interpretation for business operations.
• Develops HR objectives and systems, including KPIs, metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining a highly engaging culture, motivating employees, and fostering an environment with high levels of teamwork, accountability, communication, and vision for employees.
• Provides performance management guidance to head of departments (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Plans and makes improvements to new employee orientation programs to foster positive attitudes toward company goals.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the same field.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge in MS office.
