A Quantity Surveyor (QS) manages all costs related to construction projects, from initial calculations to final figures, ensuring projects are cost-effective, financially controlled, and completed within budget. They work as cost consultants or commercial managers, handling tender preparation, contract negotiation, cost planning, and subcontractor payments while liaising with architects, engineers, and clients. 

Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor • Solid experience in the construction industry • Strong skills in material take-offs, variation claims, and progress valuations • Proficiency in QS software (e.g. PlanSwift, Bluebeam) and MS Excel
