Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Social Sciences, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital communications, or related fields.
• Experience within NGOs or humanitarian organizations is strongly preferred.
• Strong content creation abilities (visual and written), with attention to accuracy and storytelling.
• Knowledge in graphic design is a strong plus (Canva required; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills for reading insights and translating data into recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize under pressure, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with AAP, PSEA, ethical communication, and informed consent procedures is an asset.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
