A food factory in Bikfaya, Metn is looking for a Quality Supervisor (Food Safety) to support plant operations and assist the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities: • Monitor and enforce food safety and quality control procedures throughout production • Conduct audits, inspections, and employee training related to hygiene and safety • Support the Plant Manager with daily operations, reporting, and compliance • Assist in implementing and continuously improving food safety systems • Help maintain efficient and compliant production processes Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 0–2 years of experience • Good knowledge of food safety and quality standards • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Preferably residing in or near Bikfaya
