Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses. Provide information about products and services. Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments. Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.

• Monitor employee compliance with guidelines and identify risks.
• Call and respond to customer issues with phone calls and emails.
• Accurately record information and data.
• Generate reports based on customer-related information.
• Communicate professionally in English with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years of customer support experience (automotive background is a plus)
• Excellent analytical and English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Must be located in Beirut – remote work is not available
Benefits
Details:
• Salary range: $550 – $750/month in fresh dollars (based on experience and qualifications)
• AM Shift (06:00 AM – 02:30 PM)
• PM Shift (02:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
• ON Shift (10:00 PM – 06:00 AM)
