Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Human Rights, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in safeguarding, protection, or accountability in humanitarian or development settings.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies, AAP frameworks, and PSEA standards.
• Experience in designing and implementing community feedback mechanisms.
• Familiarity with cultural contexts and working with vulnerable populations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong training and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
