Responsibilities:
• Coordinate technician assignments, schedules, and availability
• Ensure efficient planning and resource allocation
• Track open tasks, service tickets, and action items
• Send reminders and escalate delays to meet deadlines
• Maintain internal trackers for visibility
• Keep accurate documentation of workflows and procedures
• Assist with onboarding new IT staff
Qualifications:
• Female candidates only
• Any IT-related degree
• 2+ years of admin or operations support experience
• Age: 21-30
• Must reside within 5 km of the office
• Willing to travel to the USA for short periods
• Fluent in English
Preferred:
• Experience supporting IT teams
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
