Overview
An Inside Sales Representative, or Salesperson sells products and services online or in a store or office environment. Their primary duties include understanding the customers' needs, identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails and helping Sales Executives close sales deals.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: • Engage customers, understand needs, recommend products. • Promote company's goods. • Achieve sales targets through effective selling skills. • Deliver exceptional customer service. • Collaborate with store management. Requirements: • 1 - 2 years customer-facing sales or retail experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Fast-paced, target-driven environment expertise. • Familiarity with POS systems and CRM. • Excellent product knowledge and customer service. • Fluent in English and Arabic, French an asset. • High school diploma or equivalent, certs preferred.
