Responsibilities:
• Produce high-quality videography and photography during field visits, workshops, community sessions and events.
• Develop short videos, mini-documentaries, reels and awareness clips for social media and reporting.
• Capture testimonial interviews with seniors, persons with disabilities and vulnerable community members.
• Edit and subtitle content in Arabic and/or English, ensuring accessibility and visibility compliance.
• Deliver raw footage in addition to final edited materials suitable for publication and visibility campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Communications Team to plan shooting schedules and deliver timely outputs.
Qualifications:
• At least 2–3 years of experience in videography, editing and post-production.
• Experience producing media for educational, community-based or development projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to deliver at least three sample videos showcasing relevant previous work.
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
• Ability to travel for field documentation across Lebanon when required.
• Attention to detail, creativity and capacity to meet delivery deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience working on EU-funded or international development projects.
• Excellent storytelling and creative direction skills.
• Ability to deliver professional-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
