Creates a highly-motivated team environment/climate. Manages tire inventory and outside purchase of tires, complies with parts and Tire Purchase Program. Responsible for store safety including, but not limited to, use of and maintenance and safety equipment.

Key Responsibilities: • Train, supervise and effectively manage team members to ensure excellent customer service. • Propose strategies to management for attracting and retaining customers. • Conduct inventory on a weekly basis and prepare financial reports. • Oversee the branch’s financial services and well-being. • Follow up with customer service and sales teams. • Stay informed about competitor market trends. • Manage employee labor relations. Key Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in managing garage or pneumatic service center. • Fluent in French & English are a must. • Technician / Mechanical degree. • Age between 28-45 years old.
