Responsibilities:
• Conduct community outreach and engagement activities to recruit participants for MASIDAMA sessions
• Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to reach targeted participants
• Search for community members and target groups
• Coordinate with local organizations to support project communication and outreach
• Conduct MASIDAMA sessions and life skills sessions for male participants
• Conduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)
• Collect community feedback to support project implementation
• Assist in preparing outreach materials such as presentations, flyers, and communication tools
• Support monitoring and evaluation activities related to outreach and engagement
Deliverables:
• Weekly work plan
• Weekly achievement report
• Monthly written report on outreach activities, outcomes, and challenges
• Documentation of community feedback and engagement insights
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• NGO or humanitarian experience is an asset
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
