Responsibilities:
• Commercial Outreach & Prospecting
• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to property managers, facility managers, condo boards, and SMBs
• Introduce services and build a pipeline of commercial clients
• Inbound Commercial Support
• Handle inbound commercial inquiries professionally
• Qualify job scope, urgency, site access, and billing details
• Estimates & Scheduling
• Coordinate commercial estimates with technicians
• Track approvals, follow-ups, and bookings
• Client Relationship Management
• Act as primary contact for commercial clients
• Communicate timelines and expectations clearly
• Administrative & Billing Support
• Maintain organized job documentation
• Assist with invoicing follow-ups when required
Qualifications
• 2+ years in customer service, office admin, inside sales, or B2B development
• Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred) or similar CRM/field service software
• Familiar with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
• Background in B2B services, property management, trades, or construction-adjacent industries preferred

• Monday–Friday
• 9 Hours/Day: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Lebanon Time) + 1 Hour Break
• Salary: $1,000 – $1,200
