Responsibilities:
• Lead monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and learning systems across programs
• Strengthen MEAL frameworks, tools, and quality standards
• Ensure data quality, analysis, and evidence-based reporting
• Lead research, learning, and accountability initiatives
• Support program design through evidence-building and strategic MEAL inputs
• Manage and strengthen the performance and capacity of the MEAL team
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of senior-level MEAL management experience in an NGO, humanitarian, or development setting
• Minimum 2 years of team management/supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning methodologies
• Experience with qualitative & quantitative research methods and data analysis
• Strong understanding of humanitarian standards, AAP, and CHS frameworks
• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Public Health, Community Development, or a related field
